Every line shows a low–high range for material and labor, plus the contingency and markup you set. It's built for scoping and the customer conversation, not as a bid — confirm on site and with your subs before anyone signs.
- What photos does it need?
- One to four photos from a phone, shot from a corner or a doorway at chest height with as much of the room in frame as possible. Kitchens, bathrooms, and lots or exteriors all work; an empty lot starts from one of seven house styles. Plans or a LiDAR scan help but aren't required.
- Can my customers use it on my website?
- Yes. The studio goes on your site as a quote tool: a homeowner uploads a photo, redesigns the room, sees a price, and the whole thing lands in your client portal as a lead with their details. We set it up as part of your site, so it matches your brand and feeds your follow-up.
- What does the 3D Studio cost?
